Is approval guaranteed?
No. Participation in the program is subject to evaluation and approval by a licensed medical provider. Treatment recommendations are based on medical history, eligibility, and provider discretion.
What happens if I’m not approved?
All amounts paid will be fully refunded, except for a $69 provider consultation fee which has been included in the total price. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

The monthly program fee includes medication, medical consultation, licensed provider oversight, and shipping. All treatment plans are personalized and determined by the medical provider.
Are medications guaranteed?
No. Medications and dosages are determined solely by the licensed medical provider based on medical appropriateness and eligibility.
Are labs required?
Labs are not required for weight loss peptide programs.
Labs are required for HRT/TRT programs and certain other medical services when clinically necessary.
Do I need to speak with someone on the phone?
No. The intake and review process is completed online. If additional information is needed, communication may occur via secure messaging at the provider’s discretion.
How long does the review process take?
Most intake reviews are completed within a few business days. Timing may vary depending on provider availability and whether additional information is required.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes. A 3-month prepay option is available and includes a $60 savings on shipping. Medical services and medication pricing remain the same.
If I prepay for 3 months, is approval still required?
Yes. All services remain subject to ongoing medical provider approval. Prepayment does not guarantee continued eligibility or treatment.
Are refunds available?
No. All program fees are non-refundable. If a treatment request is denied, fees may be applied as a non-transferable credit toward provider-approved alternatives. Credit has no cash value.
Is this program covered by insurance?
No. This program is a self-pay service and is not billed through insurance.
Is this program safe?
All services are overseen by licensed medical providers and all medications are Provided by FDA registered 503-A compounding US pharmacies. Treatment recommendations are based on individual medical evaluation and clinical judgment.
